Pao Heui Residential Tower

Working with Boston-based CBT Architects, Landworks Studio and Taiwan-based developer Pao Huei Company, HLB has designed the lighting for this landmark exclusive 42-story downtown high-end residential complex in Taichung, Taiwan’s rapidly developing Civic Center District, overlooking Toyo Ito’s Metropolitan Opera House (currently under construction). HLB’s lighting design concept features a fiber optic glowing crown and lower canopy, which work together to softly and elegantly brand the building in this exclusive residential district. Other features include a contemplative garden, public areas, fitness center, bar and sky lobby.
