745 Atlantic Avenue Lobby & Exterior Façade Renovation

Wayfinding with light — eye-catching and illuminated map walls entice visitors into this once drab office space.

Located just outside of Boston’s South Station, a city landmark and transportation hub, 745 Atlantic Avenue was in desperate need of a face lift. The client sought to enliven their 1980’s lobby space and exterior façade by enhancing curb appeal and creating a premier destination for professionals seeking a cool, creative and high-tech office environment.

Theatrical lighting illuminates reclaimed wood paneling in the main lobby, enhancing the techie loft feel the client was looking to achieve. The design solution was a total success, placing 745 Atlantic Avenue literally back on “the map”! A once dated space is now a first-class destination for its future and current tech and media tenants alike!
