ONE ROGERS STREET LOBBY

No longer an 80’s eyesore — light ignites an outdated lobby into the next century of LED.

This existing lobby and plaza, originally constructed in the 80’s, needed a serious makeover in order to attract younger, cutting-edge tenants to its tech neighborhood location. Lighting plays a key role, carefully integrated to make the new plaza and lobby interiors dramatically pop.

HLB finessed the buildings architectural design with luminous lighting solutions in both interior and exterior areas. Plaza paths become interesting, cozy walkways from the patterned lighting created by LED bollards. The new lobby and plaza have updated this building into current standards, positioning it well for the next generation of tenants.
