The City of Concord, New Hampshre, engaged HLB to develop a lighting improvements master plan with the goal of reinvigorating this quaint New England downtown State capital. Using warm color temperature LEDs throughout to enhance the historic feeling and reveal the warmth of building materials, new lighting elements include in-ground uplights and concealed accent lights to accentuate the clock tower. Traditional style warm white LED street poles provide excellent nighttime color rendering and good vertical illuminance without creating glare. New in-ground tree uplights provide year-round visual interest and can be programmed from its daily warm white to any color, offering new opportunities for celebrations throughout the year.
