The fourth-floor amenity space is designed for life guidance, featuring tunable white lighting that is programmed to simulate the circadian rhythm and reduce sundowning for residents.
Throughout the building, lighting solutions support general illumination and maintain the required light levels while complementing the sophisticated aesthetic. Lighting is thoughtfully integrated into millwork to highlight architectural details. With a focus on providing indoor-outdoor living opportunities, exterior lighting solutions illuminate the courtyards, terraces, and pool deck to provide residents with outdoor access during evening hours.
