Located on the second floor of the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Daniel’s Broiler is an enticing combination of fine dining with a first-class drink selection. Connected to an award-winning steakhouse, the whiskey bar features a 36-barrel bourbon display and offers an exotic 150 whiskey selection from across the globe.
Custom detailing was implemented at the suspended bar armature to create a seamless integration of light within the bar itself. Dimmed light levels interact with rich surface tones and aged whiskey barrels to support an environment of elegance while achieving sufficient visibility for cleaning and safe passage throughout the restaurant. Careful dimming control of all luminaries allows for enhanced flexibility of lighting to support the mood and character of the space.
