Denver Sheraton Bezel Bar

Denver, Colorado
United States

The Bezel Bar sits along Denver’s 16th Street Mall in an iconic I. M. Pei building. The articulated glass façade supports the bar renovation’s redesign concept as a “warm glass of whiskey.” Warm-toned lighting concealed throughout the bar and seating areas provide a soft, gentle wash of light, balanced by key moments of brightness and sparkle. The end result is a intimate space where the lighting feels almost ethereal.

The lighting design enables a wide range of illuminance levels in the space. Particular emphasis was placed on the composition of the bar when viewed from 16th Street, and lighting integrated into the bottle display provides a key focal point. Additionally, custom table lamps were integrated into the bar surface to provide intimate, soft, focused light, adding to the ambiance of the space.
