HLB collaborated with Planeta Design on this standout multi-family development located in the heart of Boston. The two towers are 8- and 14-stories respectively, totaling 312 units.
The design team was challenged to create unique lighting solutions working within a strict budget. Using more economical lighting in the residences and corridors, HLB used a variety of compelling fixtures that highlight the palette of colors and textures throughout the lobby and amenity spaces. The buildings make use of automatic tints to allow in natural light while limiting heat and glare.
