With the intent of establishing a prototype design that could be easily replicated, the client sought to create a highly-flexible co-working space that could accommodate a variety of business functions.
HLB was tasked with designing a glare-free lighting scheme that fit within the modern, industrial aesthetic of the space. Suspended architectural cylinders with a wide beam spread and decorative shroud were selected to create visual comfort throughout and minimize the number of lights required. Sleek cylinders in the common area provide a sophisticated layer of ambient lighting while decorative pendants illuminate the island.
