In an effort to align with the client’s goal of competing in the niche convention demographic, HLB worked to develop ballroom spaces in which branding, flexibility, and performance are paramount, but character and mood are completely unique. Tunable LED technology, color-changing lighting, and suspended linear pendants are leveraged to create three distinct ballroom experiences. Elegant decorative fixtures, including a custom chandelier in the main lobby, elevate the feel of public spaces and serve as a prominent reminder of the level of detail observed in designing this standout hotel.
