Unrelenting attention to detail was paramount in HLB’s approach to this project as lighting is integrated into nearly every architectural feature. Warm-dim LEDs are leveraged in hard-to-reach areas, while warm white LEDs imbue the site with a welcoming glow. Detail coordination, mockups, and site review proved essential in developing tasteful, discrete, and effective lighting solutions throughout.

Much consideration was given to lighting the owner’s extensive art collection, a process that required meticulous fine-tuning and ongoing collaboration between the lighting team, artwork consultant, and the owner. High-quality halogen fixtures were selected for preservation of color quality, with the ability to upgrade to LED lamps as they improve.
