The Residences at 1010 Water Street were designed for consumers seeking a dynamic and social lifestyle. The design strategy utilizes high-end hospitality-focused lighting and controls with warm colors and seamless dimmability to reveal unique finishes, architectural details, and highlight artwork.
The pool deck was designed for nighttime swimming. The challenge was to design a lighting solution that provides the correct level of lighting for safety yet maintains the perception of a tranquil retreat. Trellis-mounted floodlights and adjustable light poles between cabanas and within planters make the fixtures more discreet.
