The Rockwell Condominiums feature reused historic façades along Pine Street and two 13-story towers. HLB ‘s scope for the 260-unit project included the lobby, grand solarium, owner’s club, sky lounge and sky terrace, fitness center, enclosed courtyard, and residential corridors.
The grand solarium is an extension of the entry lobby and reception. During the day, sunlight bathes the space from all sides while cove lighting highlights rich textured perimeter walls. Adjustable slot lights accent art and furniture creating a warm and welcoming lounge experience in the evening. Framed by a courtyard, the owner’s club is complete with a gourmet kitchen, seating for a dozen guests, and a secluded screening room with adjustable slot lights that highlight the main features of the room. Dimming allows the residents to create personalized ambiance within the space. Overhead string lighting in the courtyard creates a refreshing outdoor experience.
