The Villages of Windsor is a luxury senior center with independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. In addition to residential units, the project features several amenity spaces including a theater, bistro, dining areas, multi-purpose spaces and activity rooms.
One of the main challenges was to create a comfortable residential experience with high light levels and easy transitions for exceptional visual acuity. A combination of low glare architectural and decorative lighting is used to illuminate the interior, site and façade for a holistic approach to the project design
