The Windsor at Celebration is a luxury retirement facility located near Disney World in Orlando. The complex is designed with Disney’s signature charm and features independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Opportunities for leisure and entertainment are readily available, with amenity spaces including a pool, bistro, theater, dining areas, activity rooms and a rooftop bar with a fireworks viewing deck.
One of the main design challenges was to create a luxurious multi-tenant residence that is suitable the elderly while festive and in tune with the spirit of Disney. High light levels and easy transitions provide excellent visual acuity for the aging eye and promote a bright, cheerful environment. Tastefully integrated lighting and enchanting decorative fixtures, including chandeliers and wall sconces, contribute to the building’s upscale feel and offer moments of intrigue throughout.
