The X Miami Apartments offer a uniquely Miami living experience that mirrors the vivacious social scene of the surrounding neighborhood. Targeted to a hip, urban clientele, this luxury high-rise is designed to promote socialization among its tenants with a slew of attractive amenity spaces, including a coffee bar, lounge areas, a fitness studio, and a rooftop pool deck.
HLB provided interior lighting services for the tower, including the design of its energy-efficient control system, which provides different scenes for various times of day and gives the impression that decorative lighting installations in each space are giving off ambient light. Design intent for the lobby was achieved using budget-friendly standard fixtures with creative mounting details to create a mesmerizing signature lighting experience that leaves a lasting impression on residents and visitors alike.
