A non-profit organization, ZACH creates arts experiences that entertain, inspire, and engage the community. As Austin’s leading professional producing theatre, the performance space features a double height translucent Bendheim glass entry lobby and façade, a main level lobby bar, VIP lobby bar, as well as a large exterior plaza space for special events. HLB’s scope included the theater house lighting, public spaces, façade lighting, exterior site lighting, and parking areas.

Halogen and fluorescent lighting were both used extensively in order to meet the project’s budget requirements. HLB's design integrated with the theatrical and architectural preset dimming systems which set different scenes and moods for the various spaces.
