Brandon’s career has spanned the breadth of the lighting industry, giving him a holistic design expertise that enables seamless cross-discipline collaboration with spectacular results. In his nearly two decades of experience, Brandon has worked for lighting design firms in Boston, New York City, and San Francisco. His artistic talents and technical acumen, refined during his years as a theatrical lighting designer, are matched with a dedication to design excellence that ensures the delivery of transformative lighting solutions. Brandon serves as Managing Principal of HLB’s San Francisco office, as well as a Director and Treasurer for HLB’s Board of Directors. He is actively involved in the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), where he serves as a Director and Treasurer for the IALD Board of Directors. Brandon is also a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES). In 2018 he was recognized as a national and international recipient of Lighting Magazine’s 40 Under 40 award, reserved for the most outstanding members of a new generation of lighting talent.
