The Cisneros Group office features collaborative and flexible work spaces for this multicultural and multigenerational global media company. A deliberate and curated fixture palette allows for appropriate lighting solutions across a variety of space types including signature conference rooms, open workstations, work bar and phone booths, while reflecting the client’s values of community, culture, wellness and togetherness.

The project presented the unique challenge of designing for gallery-like displays for a rotating collection of museum quality art pieces within the greater office environment. To create a balance between gallery-style lighting and the demands of a modern work space, HLB designed an adjustable track solution with multiple dimming zones to provide maximum flexibility depending workspace or artwork display needs. The lighting design also continued the company’s vision to promote wellness and draw nature into the office by creating individual identities for each phone booth through color temperature and unique finishes, representing its signature sunrise or sunset.
