This 60-story skyscraper was designed to evoke modern luxury in keeping with the hotel brand’s reputation. HLB’s design team maintained top-quality lighting effects and details within all spaces, creating a sophisticated and elegant experience for guests. Cost-efficient lighting solutions were used throughout the guest rooms and back of house spaces to adhere to the client’s strict budget.
To reduce future maintenance and meet energy code, an all-LED lighting system was designed with a networked control system. Fully networked multi-scene presets were integrated for all guest experience spaces, whole-room controls for guestrooms, and on-board or code-compliant local controls for back-of-house spaces.
