For Gensler’s Miami office, HLB collaborated with the architect to create a space best suited for the design firm’s needs. The office features flexible, fun, and comfortable workspaces with emphasis on open collaboration zones, developed as a responsive design to the coronavirus pandemic.

Decorative lighting solutions used throughout the office help to define the different collaboration and touchdown zones while establishing a welcoming feel with inspiration from current hospitality trends. The materials library features tunable white light and a user-friendly controls system enabling Gensler designers to fully vet project materials as viewed under a variety of color temperatures. Together, the lighting design provides this creative firm with an inviting home office that features flexible solutions mindful of the changing work styles required by the pandemic.
