Horton Lees Brogden Lighting Design is a women owned (WBE) internationally recognized architectural lighting design firm with offices in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Miami, Denver, and Austin. Founded in 1968, HLB specializes in interior and exterior electric lighting, controls, and daylighting integration.

In 2018, Illumination Arts joined HLB Lighting Design to create a stronger architectural lighting design practice with enhanced lighting expertise for many significant market sectors including iconic bridges, air and ground transportation, academic and workplace.
